NOTICE: RELOCATION UPDATE

Dear Patient,

You have been seen recently as a patient with us at our Lee’s Summit office located at 100 NE Missouri Road, Ste 203, Lee’s Summit, MO 64086 and we wanted to make you aware of an important location change. Effective October 14, 2024, we will no longer be seeing patients at this location. We will continue to see patients regularly at our new office location nearby at 4955 NE Goodview Circle, Lee’s Summit, MO 64064.

We will be working diligently to make scheduling your future appointments as convenient as possible and continue high-quality health care.
